How It Works

Add each drink you've consumed by selecting the type, size, and ABV%. The calculator converts each drink to standard alcohol units (one unit = 14g or 0.6 fl oz of pure alcohol), calculates calories (alcohol has 7 calories per gram, plus carbohydrate calories from mixers/beer), and estimates your BAC using the Widmark equation. You can add multiple drinks over different time periods to see cumulative effects.
